Why I do this!
Good Morning, this is Coco from Coco Design and Build. I did a video yesterday on a couple of questions that I keep on getting from other people. And I hope you got a chance to see it, but if you didn’t go back and take a look. But today I wanted to share with you why I do what I do, which is renovating kitchens and bathrooms. When I was growing up, I was in the U.P of Michigan on a farm. Our closest neighbors were about a mile away and we did not have a whole lot of money, we had about 100 cows. If we got a piece of furniture to put in our house lets just say, it could use some love. And the rest of my family was unconcerned, you know, with how things looked and clothing and things like that. So I was a little bit of a black sheep in my family. But what I used to do even at five, six, seven, is take a piece of furniture, paint it if I could. Refinish it, I learned how to fix things, sew things, and make it better. I was always decorating constantly. I love Salvation Army, I love Goodwill, I love places like that because I could make a beautiful space just with, you know, a few items that are a couple of dollars. And it was really fun for me so it just naturally made sense for me to go into a business where I could make spaces better for a living. So, that’s what I did, I love what I do and I would never go to a different place from there. So anyway, that’s why I do what I do, renovation kitchens and bathrooms.
